Cecilia Zimba

CEO - Impact Hub Lusaka

Cecilia Zimba, a Chartered Accountant (Fellow of ZICA & ACCA) with an MBA from Herriot-Watt University) and is an Alumni of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Her 20+ years of experience span senior executive roles in the Financial and ICT Sector. She has served on the Boards of the Zambia Revenue Authority (Vice Chairperson), ZESCO, Financial Intelligence Center, Zambia Industrial Commercial Bank, ABSA Life, and chaired the ABSA Bank staff Pension Scheme Board of Trustees. She currently serves on the Board of ZANACO and is Vice Chairperson of ZCAS University. She is the immediate past president (first female) of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants. Cecilia is the CEO of Impact Hub Lusaka, where she champions financial literacy programs, empowering entrepreneurs and mentoring the next generation of business leaders. She is passionate about driving economic change in Africa through entrepreneurship and the promotion of financial education that leads to economic transformation
