Evelyn Isioye
Regional Lead, Policy & Insights - India & Africa - ACCA
Evelyn oversees ACCA's policy and insight development work across India and Africa. She leads a team of policy experts who leverage global and regional insights in shaping policy dialogue, technical consultations, and capacity building.
A thought leader and policy specialist; Evelyn has been at the forefront of regionally relevant research and policy development, authoring reports that provide critical insights into finance trends, and talent development in emerging markets. Her published works on intra-regional trade policies and public finance management have helped shape industry discourse and strategic advisory across Africa. Her expertise spans sustainability strategy and regulatory policy development, informing adoption roadmaps for national governments, regulatory bodies, and corporations.
Evelyn holds a first degree in accounting from Covenant University and a Global MBA from the University of London. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and has completed executive programs in public policy and management, from the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford, and the Lagos Business School at the Pan-Atlantic University respectively.
