Jennifer Reddy

CEO - Morar Incorporated

Jennifer Reddy is a dynamic leader and accomplished professional dedicated to advancing global communication and collaboration between Africa and the APAC region. As the CEO of Morar Incorporated, she has significantly elevated the firm's profile within the Allinial Global Network, the second-largest association of accounting firms worldwide, positioning herself as the primary point of contact for international affiliations. Morar Incorporated is the only accredited Allinial Global member firm in South Africa.

Jennifer’s academic journey began with a BCom Accounting Honours Degree from the University of Natal, where her excellence was recognized through a Dean's Commendation in 2003. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Registered Auditor in 2010. In 2019, she completed the Strategic Case Study Exam with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), and she earned her Executive MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (University of Pretoria) in 2021, where she was honoured as the top student in Strategy and General Management. Her thesis, published in the South African Journal of Business Management (University of Stellenbosch), provides valuable insights into crisis management, reflecting her commitment to advancing knowledge in the field.

With over 17 years in the financial industry, Jennifer’s professional trajectory has rapidly ascended from Associate Director to CEO at Morar Incorporated. Her extensive experience across diverse sectors has enabled her to develop innovative business strategies and foster impactful partnerships. She strongly advocates for inclusivity, serving on the EMEIA Board for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Transformation, leading initiatives that showcase Africa’s potential on the global stage.
