Mam Marie Jow Njie

Grant Finance Manager - Global Fund

Mam Marie Jow Njie is the Grant Finance Manager at the Global Fund for the High Impact Africa 2 (HIA 2) Region, where she oversees financial management. The HIA 2 Region comprises of Ethiopia, Kenya, South Africa, Tanzania/Zanzibar, Uganda, Mozambique, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. In this role, she leads a team of finance professionals and provides strategic and operational oversight to ensure sound financial stewardship and effective risk mitigation across the grant management portfolio.

Mam Marie also champions efforts relating to financial management strengthening and plays a key role in the Public Financial Management workstream. She brings a wealth of experience, spanning 25 years, from both the public and private sector having joined the Global Fund in 2016. She holds an MBA from Imperial College London, is a graduate of the University of Cambridge, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
