Armand Thierry Messou is the President of the Digital Commission at the Order of Chartered Accountants of Côte d’Ivoire and Managing Partner of ATM Conseils en IA et Transformation. With over 15 years of international experience across Africa, Europe, and North America, he specializes in AI, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and financial governance. A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner, he has led strategic initiatives in both the public and private sectors, and is a recognized speaker on the integration of emerging technologies in the accountancy profession. Mr. Messou holds advanced credentials from institutions such as MIT, HEC Paris, and Harvard Business School. He is deeply committed to building capacity across the continent and advancing the digital maturity of African institutions.
