Ms Nancy Muhoya

Managing Partner - EY Kenya & East Africa

Nancy Muhoya is a seasoned C-suite executive with over 20 years of assurance expertise across diverse sectors in Africa. She is the Managing Partner of EY Kenya & East Africa and previously served as the Assurance Leader for EY East Africa. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration (Strategic Management) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Nairobi. A Certified Public Accountant CPA(K), she is a member of ICPAK and ICPAR.

Nancy made history as the first female cluster leader for EY in Africa. She is passionate about people-centric leadership, gender equality, and mentoring women executives. Her impact has earned her recognition among Africa’s Top 100 Women CEOs (2021) and the ‘Top40Under40 Women Award’ (2016). A sought-after speaker and thought leader, she actively champions workplace inclusion and empowerment through education. Nancy resides in Nairobi, Kenya, with her family.
