Pascale Guei-Ecare

President of the PAO Côte d’Ivoire 

Pascale Guei-Ecare is a leading figure in public accountancy in Côte d'Ivoire, and the first female president of the PAO Côte d’Ivoire (January 2024). A graduate of the Académie de Paris and an engineer from the INPHB, she rose through the ranks at Deloitte, Atlantique Telecom and KPMG before managing projects for USAID and setting up her own firm. Currently at CI-EXCELSIOR, she combines consulting, auditing and public accounting for international institutions and leading companies.

Her career is marked by multi-sector expertise, from banks to NGOs, and a passion for teaching. In addition to her career, she is committed to African development, is a founding member of several associations and initiated the "Excelle! Winner of several awards, she is a source of inspiration, advocating excellence and good governance for the future of Africa.
