Mr. Thapelo Tsheole is the Chief Executive Officer at the Capital Market Authority of Rwanda, with a distinguished career spanning over 24 years in the financial markets. Before joining CMA, Mr. Tsheole served as the CEO of the Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE) for 8 years, and worked at the financial market department at the Central Bank of Botswana.
