acouba Traoré is an accomplished Chartered Accountant with over 26 years of experience in audit, financial consulting, and public finance management. He is the President of ETY, a leading audit and consulting firm, and has played a key role in financial governance across Africa. As President of the Ordre National des Experts-Comptables et Comptables Agréés du Burkina Faso (ONECCA-BF), he has been instrumental in strengthening the accounting profession in Burkina Faso and beyond. He is also a Board Member of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board (IPSASB) and the Pan African Federation of Accountants (PAFA), where he leads technical discussions on public value management. With a track record of advising both public and private institutions across Africa, Mr. Traoré is a recognized expert in financial regulation, international accounting standards, and the fight against illicit financial flows. His leadership continues to shape the future of financial governance in Africa
